These Terms and Conditions govern all competitions operated by Tig Jewellery Limited (Company No. 16333085), trading as Fortune & Facet, registered at:

By entering any competition, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter of all competitions is Tig Jewellery Limited trading as Fortune & Facet (“Fortune & Facet”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 Fortune & Facet operates skill-based prize competitions in compliance with UK law. These competitions are not lotteries under the Gambling Act 2005.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Competitions are open to UK residents only.

2.2 Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

2.3 Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Fortune & Facet may not enter.

2.4 We reserve the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time.

2.5 Failure to provide requested verification may result in disqualification.

3. Entry Methods

3.1 Competitions are primarily paid entry but always include a free postal entry route.

3.2 Paid entry requires payment and correct completion of the skill-based question.

3.3 Free postal entry details will be published on the website and must strictly follow the instructions provided.

3.4 Entries that do not answer the skill question correctly will be disqualified.

3.5 Entry limits per person apply and are stated on each competition page.

3.6 Multiple accounts are prohibited. If detected, all entries may be voided.

4. Competitions and Tickets

4.1 Each competition has a fixed number of tickets.

4.2 Competitions proceed regardless of whether all tickets are sold.

4.3 Once purchased, entries cannot be cancelled by entrants.

5. Draw Process

5.1 Draws are conducted live on Facebook.

5.2 Draws are publicly visible and recorded.

5.3 Winners are selected at random from correct entries.

5.4 The result of the draw is final.

6. Prizes

6.1 Prizes may include physical goods and, in some competitions, cash alternatives.

6.2 Where offered, cash alternatives will be clearly stated.

6.3 We reserve the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6.4 Insured delivery is provided by us.

6.5 Responsibility passes to the winner upon confirmed delivery.

6.6 We are not liable for delays outside our control.

7. Winner Verification

7.1 Winners may be required to provide ID and proof of address.

7.2 Failure to comply within 14 days may result in forfeiture.

7.3 We may redraw if a winner is disqualified.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued where:

• Duplicate payments occurred due to system error
• Tickets were not received after payment
• A competition is cancelled
• Material errors affected the validity of entries

8.1 Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days.

8.2 Refunds outside this period are not considered.

9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

9.1 Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

9.2 We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks.

9.3 Fraudulent disputes may lead to disqualification and account bans.

9.4 We may provide transaction records to payment providers to contest chargebacks.

10. Account Use

10.1 Users must provide accurate information.

10.2 We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Abuse
  
• Multiple accounts
  
• Chargeback misuse
  
• Breach of these Terms

11. Publicity

11.1 Winners agree that their name and town may be announced.

11.2 Promotional photos/videos may be requested but are not mandatory.

12. Data Protection

12.1 Data is processed per UK GDPR.

12.2 Marketing contact only occurs with explicit consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 We are not liable for:

• Website downtime
  
• Technical failures
  
• Lost entries due to network issues
• Events outside our control

13.2 Liability is limited to the ticket price paid.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, or system outages.

15. Amendments

15.1 We may amend these Terms at any time.

15.2 Updated Terms apply immediately upon publication.

16. Cancellation or Amendment of Competitions

16.1 We reserve the right to cancel or amend competitions where necessary.

16.2 Full refunds will be issued if cancelled.

17. Governing Law

17.1 These Terms are governed by English law.

17.2 Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
