Yes. All jewellery prizes are genuine, handcrafted in-house, and made using only natural gemstones. Our jewellery is produced by experienced jewellers with over 43 years of jewellery-making experience.
Do you use natural or lab-grown stones?
We use natural gemstones in our jewellery. We do not use synthetic or imitation stones unless clearly stated on a specific competition page.
Do prizes come with certificates?
Most fine jewellery prizes come with a certificate of value for insurance and authenticity purposes. Where a certificate is included, this will be stated on the competition page.
Can rings be resized?
Yes. Rings can be professionally resized for the winner after the draw to ensure a proper and comfortable fit. Resizing times can vary depending on the design.
What about sizing for necklaces or bracelets?
Necklaces and bracelets are supplied in their listed sizes. If adjustment options are available, we will advise the winner where possible.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Delivery to the winner is included unless stated otherwise. Items are securely packaged and insured during transit.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the item and whether resizing or adjustments are required. Winners are kept informed throughout the process.
Can I exchange or take cash instead?
Prizes are non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives are offered. The prize is supplied as described on the competition page.
What happens if the competition doesn’t sell out?
The draw will take place in line with our Terms and Conditions. If the minimum number of entries is not met, the competition may be extended up to a maximum of two times. Following the final extension, the draw will take place regardless of the number of entries sold. Any updates or changes will always be clearly stated on the competition page.
