These Free Postal Entry Terms apply to all competitions operated by Fortune & Facet, a trading name of Tig Jewellery Limited.

They should be read alongside our main Competition Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Free Entry Route Availability

1.1 A free postal entry route is available for all paid competitions to ensure compliance with UK law.

1.2 Free entries are entered into the draw in exactly the same way as paid entries.

1.3 No purchase is necessary to enter via the postal route.

Entries sent elsewhere will be void.

3. Postal Requirements

3.1 Entries must be sent by standard UK post.

3.2 Recorded, tracked, or signed-for deliveries are not required and will not provide any advantage.

3.3 Fortune & Facet accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

3.4 Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

4. Entry Format

4.1 Each postal entry must be handwritten and include:

• Full name
• Full postal address
• Email address
• Phone number
• The exact competition name
• Correct answer to the skill-based question
• Registered account email (entrants must have a website account)

4.2 Entries missing any required information will be disqualified.

4.3 Entries must be legible.

5. One Entry per Envelope

5.1 Only one entry is permitted per stamped envelope.

5.2 Multiple entries in one envelope will be disqualified.

5.3 Bulk or mass submissions are not permitted.

6. Entry Limits

6.1 Free entries are subject to the same per-person limits as paid entries.

6.2 Attempts to exceed limits may result in all entries being voided.

7. Closing Dates

7.1 Postal entries must be received at least 3 days before the competition closing date.

7.2 Entries arriving after this time will not be entered into the draw.

7.3 The Promoter is not responsible for postal delays.

8. Processing Time

8.1 Valid postal entries will typically be processed within 3 days of receipt.

8.2 Processing times are not guaranteed.

9. Anti-Abuse Measures

9.1 The following will be disqualified:

• Mechanically reproduced entries
• Photocopied or printed entries
• Illegible entries
• Incomplete entries
• Fraudulent or automated submissions
• Entries suspected of tampering or abuse
• Any entry not fully handwritten will be disqualified.

9.2 We reserve the right to audit and verify postal entries.

9.3 Any attempt to manipulate the free entry system may result in account suspension or permanent bans.

10. Fairness & Parity

10.1 Free entries are treated equally to paid entries in the draw.

10.2 Free entries have equal odds of winning.

11. General

11.1 By entering via post, entrants agree to the Competition Terms and Conditions.

11.2 Fortune & Facet reserves the right to amend or withdraw the free entry route where required by law.

11.3 Decisions regarding validity of postal entries are final.
